Waiting for the Rain
While exploring Tokyo, I found several nice viewpoints that made for a fantastic photo. By the time I found this one, clouds had come in - which made for this awesome dramatic backdrop. I am not sure what our friend here was waiting for, but I thank him for standing there in the right moment.
