Urban and City
This hallway can be found in the midst of Central park, at a place called the Bethesda Fountain. I was walking through this little hallway here with a violin player (well, he actually played the Chinese Eruh) in the back and the sunlight falling perfectly into the dark tunnel. The light created a beauty on these walls with its golden colour and its darker ornaments, I loved it! I would not have expected to find something like this in Central Park to be honest, but as I saw the place on the good old internet before, I just had to find it. Funny enough, while searching, I was standing ON TOP of the tunnel on the Bethesda Terrace, wondering why I can not find it, haha.
This picture has been taken in Amalfi, the town that gives the Amalfi Coast its name. Well, Amalfi is actually on the other side of me, hehe.
While I was waiting for the bus back to Sorrento, I spend some time walking around on the sea-side area and found this little spot here. The picture is a long exposure image, and I loved how the ladies on the bench do not move at all, while other people are completely blurred due to walking along. The sky was also pretty stunning with the touch of purple in the background. Sometimes simple is best :)
Even if you have never been to New York, I am quite sure you have seen this place - so no introductions needed :)
I crossed both, Manhatten and Brooklyn bridge and find that while Manhatten Bridge itself is not very beautiful, it offers better views of the city - but the Brooklyn Bridge has the advantage of just being pretty in itself! You are more limited in taken shots from the city though. I guess that just means one needs to cross both to get the best out of it :)
